Qualifications required:
- Minimum 10 years experience in the glazing industry
- Must be able to read architectural drawings / shops drawings
- Experience in layout and measuring of interior glazing
- Must be well organized and have good communication skills

- Help drive the vision- Create a people-first culture where the team loves what we do and execute at the highest level.
- Helping to lead the TI division through training, problem solving and innovation.
- Project specific duties include but not limited to the management of:
- Daily review of Schedule o Scheduling all manpower for TI jobs
- Maintaining and building relationships with contractors
- Communication with PM’s, estimators and field o Layout and measuring
- Review of submittals and shop drawings o Jobsite meetings
- Material takeoffs/cut lists o Coordination with installation team
- Coordination with shop fabrication
- Training all new TI employees
- Drive schedule while staying under budget
- Involvement in regular office management and safety meetings
- Assist in development of new employees and helping to create foreman
- Build relationships while helping that team get repeat work.
